Tudor Heritage Black Bay 41

The Tudor Black Bay range of watches has got to be one of the most-loved collections of all time. Their designs are legible and easy to wear, they are extremely durable and well-made and offer fantastic value for money.
 
While many are familiar with the dive watches, this reference 79540 swaps the rotating bezel for a smooth steel version, placing the watch perfectly between a tool watch and a dress watch, ideal for everyday wear.
 
This 41mm version is also slimmer than its dive watch siblings at just over 11mm. The steel case has both brushed and polished finishes, and the screw-down crown is decorated with the iconic Tudor Rose.

The dial configuration is one that we know and love - a royal blue colour with generously lume-filled indices and a snowflake hour hand. Perhaps my favourite feature is the ETA Smile Dial – the curved “SELF-WINDING” indicating that the movement inside is a reliable ETA 2824. While there are pros and cons when you compare the ETA version against the newer Tudor in-house calibres, I will mention that you will never be short of good watchmakers who can service an ETA movement.

The watch is fitted with a comfortable steel bracelet, yet would also look great on any number of straps.
 
We are pleased to present this watch in a very good pre-owned condition. There is some evidence of wear, however there is also the option to have the watch refinished if you wish.
 
It comes supplied as a full set and is still covered by its Tudor warranty to July 2025.
